Hurricane Ida Updates

Update 10/12/2021 (new info in red)

Contact and Communication

Employees should contact their General Managers and their Department Head so we know you are safe and where you are. Even if you have completed the contact form, it is important to still call them so they can speak with you. We want to hear from you directly and be able to asses how you are doing both physically and mentally.

If you still need to complete the form, please click here.

Disaster Assistance

When you speak to your managers, please be ready to discuss any needs that you may have. We understand that not everyone has gotten a full assessment of what you will need and things could change, but for now, please communicate what you know.

First, please begin to contact your insurance company to get in line for any claims you may have either for homeowners insurance or for renters insurance. Those should be the first place you call.

Second, FEMA has opened their disaster assistance service centers for those impacted by Hurricane Ida. Click here to go to the website or you can call (800) 621-3362. You can also click here to go to the website for additional financial assistance.

The Louisiana Restaurant Association also has a page setup for more information and assistance updates. You can view their information by clicking here to go to their website.

If you need a blue roof tarp, the Army Corp of Engineers can help. To register for the free service for your home, please click here to go to their website.

TBM – Hurricane Ida Update 8/27/21

#TeamTasteBuds,

Remaining true to the the predicates of our Hurricane Emergency Plan and with concern for the safety of all TBM employees and family, we have made the decision to close all Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge Market Stores for business on Saturday 8/28 and Sunday 8/29. We will assess store by store for back to business on Monday 8/30, should the situation allow.

We hope that everyone makes the absolute best decisions to keep themselves and family safe, and ask that all employees continue to use Paycor, Hot Schedules and Taste Buds Management web page as a resource of information regarding re-opening.

Stay in touch, good luck, and be safe!!
