Mizado El Diablo Mojito
Ingredients
- 3 oz Rum
- 3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 oz Agave Nectar
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Roasted Red Pepper Puree
- Splash Club Soda
Instructions
- Gently tear 3-4 mint leaves into small pieces and place them in a large metal shaker.
- Add the agave Nectar, Fresh Lime Juice, and Roasted Red Pepper Puree to the shaker and muddle for 5 seconds.
- Add the Rum and 1 scoop of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
- Pour the drink into the glass and top with a splash of club soda.
- Optional: Garnish with Red Bell Pepper slice and Mint Sprig
