Financial Help & Unemployment Information

The US Dept of Labor has announced that relief is on the way to the states. At this time we don’t have any additional information but as soon as more information is release, we will update you here.

Waitr has offered temporary employment to our staff to help!  Check HotSchedules for details on how to apply.

There are jobs available in high volume at delivery companies, restaurant partners like Coca-Cola, and grocery stores.  Also think about companies who do high food delivery like pizza shops, Jimmy Johns, sanitation companies, etc.  There are companies still hiring that need help so look on job boards like Indeed.com and Advocate Job Board (Louisiana), and Clarion Ledger Job Board (Mississippi).

There is a #HospitalityUnite movement to help redeploy hospitality workers into temporary positions in retail, care, and delivery positions while they are struggling to keep up with demand and our workforce is struggling to work.  The link to apply for those jobs is here > Harri.com

There is a Bartender Emergency Assistance Program.  This is the link:  https://www.usbgfoundation.org/beap.

Restaurant Opportunities Center United has established a relief fund to assist restaurant workers.  The application can be found by clicking here > ROC United Application
