Frank has been with Zea since its first location, serving an instrumental role in the concept’s evolution, growth and success. Prior, Frank served as District Sales Manager, then General Sales Manager, for a large regional food service supplier in the New Orleans area; a multi-unit Supervisor for a national family steak house; Director of Operations for a regional casual dining concept; and has owned his own restaurant. His experience in purchasing, contract negotiations, construction, and product research and development is invaluable to Taste Buds Management for evaluating menu vitality, facility management and new construction. Frank’s ability to refine visions into practical, executable ideas has been a significant contribution to the success of many concepts.
