Hans Limburg was born in Indonesia, grew up in Holland and moved to the United States when he was 16. This multicultural influence is infused in his cooking philosophy and what earned him positions in high-end hotel restaurants in the Stouffers organization in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lake Tahoe. At Harrah’s Lake Tahoe he served as executive chef, successfully managing seven award-winning restaurants, simultaneously.
