With 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Jeffrey Thibodeaux has had the privilege of working across four concepts in five cities, starting his career as a dishwasher and progressing to his current role as Area Director. He is passionate about building strong relationships and high-performing teams, guided by the mentorship of many outstanding leaders along the way.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Jeffrey has also spent over 15 years living in Lafayette, immersing himself in South Louisiana’s rich culture, an inspiration that fuels his love for food and beverage and its ability to bring people together. He holds a high school diploma from Archbishop Shaw and has studied Hospitality Management and Philosophy at the University of New Orleans and UL-Lafayette.
His expertise lies in creating engaging environments where fun, growth, and results coexist. Outside of work, Jeffrey is a proud father of three daughters who are the center of his world.
