Margaret FrenchDirector of Human Resources and MIT Training

With over 20 years of experience in the  hospitality and food service industry, New Orleans native, Margaret French has developed a proven track record of turning under-performing restaurants into profitable stores with a strong culture and loyal customer base. She has been a part of Taste Buds Management for nearly 14 years and has successfully operated multiple units in many different roles ranging from Area Director, General Manager and Management Training Director. Her passion for people has assisted in her journey of becoming a mentor and leader to  many throughout her years in operations . Margaret believes that we must take care of those that take care of our guests. A true leader of the TBM culture, she has been awarded numerous awards throughout the years – General Manager of the year, Award for Excellence in the Key Result Area of Employee Experience, Award for Excellence in the Key Result Area of Balanced Financial Results. She is currently a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and SHRM-CP Certified.
