Limited-time, two-course menu available for $25.95
New Orleans, LA (Feb. 14, 2018) – Just in time for the Lenten Season, Zea Rotisserie & Bar announces one of its most anticipated lineups of the year: a seafood menu centered around fresh Gulf ingredients. Beginning Ash Wednesday, February 14, Zea’s limited-time seafood offerings kick off, with a few new items to steal the show.
“Early Spring in Southern Louisiana means two things: Mardi Gras and seafood – and in that order,” said Nancy Jeansonne, Director of Marketing for Taste Buds Management. “It’s always fun to hear our fans’ excitement when this menu makes its debut. This year, even more fresh fish options can be found alongside our fan-favorite oysters.”

Several new seafood creations give Zea fans a “reason for the season,” including Salmon Poke Tostado and Crawfish Maque Choux. Fresh Gulf fish dishes, both grilled as well as seared and crusted with spices, also make their debut. A combination option for those seeking variety also awaits: A two-course choice allows diners to match one appetizer and one entrée for $25.95.
Of course, the fan favorite, Asian Sesame Oysters will make their appearance. For over a decade, Zea has served up plump Gulf coast oysters, fried crisp and laced with sweet soy ginger sauce, an Asian chili glaze and sesame seeds.
