METAIRIE, LA – August 12, 2025 – Zea Rotisserie & Bar is proud to share that our Clearview location remains fully open and operational throughout the construction of our brand-new standalone restaurant. While big changes are on the horizon, guests can continue to enjoy all their favorite dishes and warm hospitality at our current location near Target at Clearview City Center.
“We’re not going anywhere — in fact, we’re turning up the flavor while building something incredible,” said Zea Co-Founder Greg Reggio. “We’re open and serving the community just like always, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to the all-new Zea in Spring 2026!”
Construction is now underway on a stunning, standalone Zea location adjacent to Veterans Boulevard. The new space will offer guests an upgraded dining experience, including:
• A bold, open kitchen with a signature central rotisserie
• A larger, more vibrant bar
• A 1,000-square-foot outdoor patio
These improvements will usher in a fresh and elevated take on the Zea experience, all while keeping the signature comfort and flavor fans know and love.
The new restaurant is expected to open in Spring 2026, and will anchor the transformation of Clearview City Center, which is being reimagined into a walkable, mixed-use destination.
Clearview City Center representatives are also reminding visitors that all businesses currently operating at Clearview will remain open throughout this construction phase, including local favorites Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, Target, the AMC movie theater, and DXL.
Until the new Zea opens its doors, guests are encouraged to keep dining at the current restaurant with no service interruptions. It’s business as usual — only more exciting knowing what’s ahead.
