New Orleans, LA (June 2, 2016) — Draught beer, free limited edition pint glasses and some extra spending cash are all up for grabs at Semolina this Father’s Day. On Sunday, June 19, all dads who dine at Semolina will receive a free $10 gift card to use on a future visit. On top of this, dads who purchase any of Semolina’s draft beers during the week leading up to Father’s Day (Monday, June 13 – Sunday, June 19) earn a custom pint glass.

 

“This year, our custom pint glasses are back to praise dad as ‘The Legend. The Myth. The Man’,” said Nancy Jeansonne, director of marketing for Semolina. “We want Father’s Day to be a moment of relaxation paired with fantastic food, drinks and freebies in the form of these specially made glasses.”

 

Dads are encouraged to pair their beer with one of Semolina’s well-loved signature dishes. A crisp ale may compliment Shrimp Roban, sautéed in a rich, spicy cream sauce tossed with pasta and garnished with green onions. Family members of all ages and sizes may indulge in Chicken Enchilada Pasta with tender seasoned chicken sautéed with onions, bell peppers and black beans in a tortilla cheese sauce – all tossed with Penne pasta topped with cheddar cheese, jalapeños, sour cream and crunchy tortilla strips.
