Semolina Celebrates World Pasta Month this October with its “Mac Attack”
The restaurant’s classic pasta dishes plus new items are featured in this mac ‘n’ cheese-inspired event
New Orleans, LA (October 1, 2018) – To celebrate World Pasta Month, New Orleans’ premier pasta restaurant Semolina will host its World Pasta Celebration for the third year in a row. This year’s celebration, called the Mac Attack, features dishes inspired by mac ‘n’ cheese, and one of the restaurant’s most popular dishes: Semolina’s Original Macaroni & Cheese Cake.
Semolina’s World Pasta Celebration will take place from October 1 – October 31. Mac Attack dishes available throughout the month include:
- Semolina’s Original Macaroni & Cheese Cake – This medley of baked macaroni & cheese is served in a standing wedge, draped with rich, creamy, cheese sauce. Served with crostini. $9.75
- Lobster Mac & Cheese Bites – Tender, succulent lobster gently folded into Semolina’s signature mac & cheese and fried crisp. Served with a spicy cheese sauce for dipping. $13.75
- Meatball Mac & Cheese – Semolina’s signature homemade meatballs and our classic marinara sauce with Parmesan, Fontina and Provolone cheese. Garnished with chopped parsley. $15.99
- Cowboy Mac & Cheese – Stuffed with serrano BBQ pulled pork and draped with a rich creamy cheese sauce and shredded gouda. Topped with cilantro. $15.99
- Shrimp Florentine Mac & Cheese – Semolina’s classic Mac, draped in a creamy spinach sauce and topped with Parmesan crusted shrimp and crispy spinach. $13.95
