Zea Rotisserie & Bar Celebrates Fall with New Dishes

The restaurant’s fall menu offers new and updated options for diners who love to #MeatUpAtZea

 

New Orleans, LA (September 25, 2018) – This fall, Zea Rotisserie & Bar is offering three fall dishes that highlight the restaurant’s brand of modern comfort food.

 

For a limited time, the menu will feature the following items on a special fall menu, full of seasonal flavor:

 

  • Southern Duck – Half rotisserie Peking duck, served on a bed of cauliflower grits and sautéed snap beans, glazed with a Portobello balsamic glacé. $25.95
  • Pom Pom Chicken – Pomegranate-glazed rotisserie chicken served over a Harissa tomato sauce with roasted pepper and eggplant couscous. $17.75

Zea is also innovating one of its signature dishes for its main menu. The Twice-Cooked Crispy Duck has been updated with a new twist on the classic:

  • New Twice-Cooked Crispy Duck – Half of a Peking duck, fire-roasted then crisped. Served over sautéed garlic-sesame veggies tossed with lo mein, Zea’s signature honey ginger-soy glaze, sesame seeds and fresh $24.95

“Rotisserie is at the heart of everything we love to do at Zea. Each dish offers our guests a chance to experience bold flavors that are uniquely different.  They are the perfect way to welcome fall,” said Greg Reggio, co-owner of Zea and Taste Buds.

 

Starting at less than $20.00, restaurant-goers can enjoy Zea’s fall dishes from September 25 – December 31 on its special fall menu.
