Entire Rotisserie Menu Now Available Permanently at Zea

Restaurant encourages fans to Meat Up for new All Rotisserie, All the Time menu

New Orleans, LA – Meat lovers rejoice: All of Zea’s popular rotisserie menu items are now available at any time – at all Louisiana locations! Whether stopping in for a quick lunch, a relaxed happy hour or laid back family dinner, rotisserie fans have their pick among any of the polished, casual restaurant’s fire roasted favorites.

Since its inception nearly 20 years ago, Zea’s French open flame rotisserie grill has served up mouthwatering beef, pork and chicken dishes that have become the trademark of the Taste Bud’s flagship eatery. High heats and the flame give meats a crispy, caramelized outside, leaving the inside tender, juicy and full of flavor.

“With our rotisserie offerings in such high demand, it was a natural fit to roll out our ‘All Rotisserie, All the Time’ concept at Zea,” says Nancy Jeansonne, director of marketing for Taste Buds Management. “We hope our fans take advantage of the variety of carefully roasted meats on the menu, no matter when they’re dining with us – rotisserie is in our name, after all!”

“All Rotisserie, All the Time” dishes (and well-loved Zea staples) include:

  • Beef Sirloin: Baby Bella and Balsamic Infused Glacé
  • Tender Pork Roast: Served with a Rosemary Garlic Glacé
  • Lamb Sirloin: Finished on the grill with Dijon, garlic and herb marinade; served with a Creole mustard mint sauce
  • Rotisserie Chicken (House Specialty): Half chicken roasted on an open flame with signature seasoning – available with House Rub, Pineapple Jalapeño Glaze, Garlic-Herb or Sweet Chili Glaze
  • Rotisserie Ribeye: 12 oz. grilled to medium rare with horseradish tiger sauce

To mix in some veggies for the best of both worlds, there’s also the Zea Rotisserie Salad: rotisserie beef, pork and chicken, sliced ham, bacon, Jack cheese, diced pickled cucumber, tomatoes and toasted croutons. Of course, the rest of Zea’s extensive, variety-filled menu is still available – head to your local Zea to check out its small plates, seafood, sandwiches, and flavorful sides, including Roasted Corn Grits, the perfect complement to a hearty, protein-packed Zea experience.
