The pasta eatery in Clearview Mall on Veterans Blvd. will open at 10:30 AM on Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 8) to celebrate the occasion.
Several Semolina dishes are tried and true classics – just like Mom. Treat her to locally loved, Italian inspired treasures like a towering presentation of the classic Chicken Parmesan; or a real treat of Mediterranean Nachos, crisp fried tortilla layered with crumbled Italian sausage, meatballs, onions, and peppers in a rich cheese sauce topped with marinated grape tomatoes, provolone and fontina cheeses and fresh basil. There’s also Semolina’s signature Pasta Lab, where Mom can create her own personalized pasta dish.
Mom may use her $10 gift card during her next Semolina experience to enjoy one of several moderately priced appetizers; choices include Garlic Cheese Bread, a loaf of Italian bread brushed with garlic butter and smothered with provolone and cheddar cheeses, baked and served with marinara sauce, or Semolina’s Original Macaroni & Cheese Cake, a medley of baked macaroni and cheeses served in a standing wedge and draped with rich, creamy cheese sauce. Serrano Honey Meatballs, a well-loved Semolina dish, are drenched in a barbeque sauce that’s a little sweet, tart and spicy all at once.
