Mizado El Diablo Mojito

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Rum
  • 3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 oz Agave Nectar
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Roasted Red Pepper Puree
  • Splash Club Soda

Instructions

  • Gently tear 3-4 mint leaves into small pieces and place them in a large metal shaker.
  • Add the agave Nectar, Fresh Lime Juice, and Roasted Red Pepper Puree to the shaker and muddle for 5 seconds.
  • Add the Rum and 1 scoop of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
  • Pour the drink into the glass and top with a splash of club soda.
  • Optional: Garnish with Red Bell Pepper slice and Mint Sprig
