Zea Cauliflower Grits

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. cauliflower rice
  • 1 ⅓ cups heavy cream
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a heavy bottom sauce pot.
  • Set over high heat.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring regularly, and cook until mixture is the consistency of grits.
  • Be careful to not over cook.
  • Garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
  • Enjoy!
