Zea Cauliflower Grits
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. cauliflower rice
- 1 ⅓ cups heavy cream
- ⅔ cup water
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a heavy bottom sauce pot.
- Set over high heat.
- Bring to a boil, stirring regularly, and cook until mixture is the consistency of grits.
- Be careful to not over cook.
- Garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
- Enjoy!
