Zea Korean BBQ Tacos
Ingredients
- Marinade
- 1 cup Zea Thai Rib Sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/3 chopped green onion, white and green
- Kim Chee Salsa
- 1/2 cup Kim Chee Chopped 1/4 inch
- 1 Cup green cabbage 1/4 inch chopped
- 1 cup cucumber 1/4 inch diced
- 1/4 cup green onions white and green
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup taste buds pepper jelly vinagrette
Instructions
- Procedure
- Marinate Boston Butt or Brisket overnight
- Braise meat and marinade at 350 degrees for two hours. Cover for last hour. Allow to cool slightly then pull meat. Add marinade to taste.
- Kim Chee Salsa Procedure
- Mix all ingredients for Salsa
- To make tacos
- heat tortilla
- place lettuce leaf on tortilla
- place meat on lettuce
- garnish with salsa
